The Watchdog Program is designed with the client in mind and is sectioned off in three phases: Before, During and After an unfortunate occurrence. It is important for disaster specialists to work within your current disaster plan. This plan is specifically designed to prepare you, your staff, and your tenants for life safety, to know how to respond to water, sewage and other emergencies.

The breakdown in this plan will aid you when any of these emergencies arise. There are tips for you to handle small emergencies on your own. Ultra Clean will train our clients to tackle small losses with their own staff and will be able to pull along side of you in case you need assistance with a large emergency.

Before

• Disaster Response profile performed by UltraClean Specialists
• Training for your staff to be prepared to jump on a bad situation and what to do

During

• Ability to respond to your unfortunate situation and get you back up in business quickly
• Keep you and your tenants informed while clean up is performed
• Provide arsenal of equipment to accomplish completion quickly and cost efficiently

After

• Have a debriefing with those who need to know what was done, how it was done and deliver documentation to cover our clients
• In the debriefing, work with our clients to look for ways to keep the problem from occurring again
